There Are Several Lawsuits for Trademark Infringement

David has been in business for 20 years. His business has grown and he has opened new stores in several states. Recently, a new store opened in one of the states where he had a business. A friend of his came in and told him about the new business. It was the same type of business and his friend told him that the trademark that the store was using was very closely related to his trademark. David went to see the owner of the new store to tell him about the trademark infringement. David had to take him to court to have the the trademark removed.
