This is evident in the entertainment business. Movie ticket sales at the box office are still bringing in the big numbers. Some video rental stores like the Blockbuster chain have struggled a little bit, and have had to close up some of their stores. Some people claim that this is because of their strict policies and ridiculous rental fees. They don’t treat the customers very well.
