Should I Get Another Loan

So this may not even be worth asking the question, but obviously what do I know about worth these days? I am in a very tough position financially. I was out of a job for awhile and in those dire months I charged up a lot of credit. Now I finally have a new job but I need a few things to get me ready for the position but I have no money to afford them. Should I look into bad credit loans for help or just show up at my job without the items I need and hope that my boss will understand?
