Daycare Employment
February 5, 2010 10:45 pm MiscellaneousWhen you own a daycare, one can never be too careful when it comes to hiring new employees. People trust me with their children, and I would never want to betray that trust. Any time someone applies for a job, I automatically run their name through idoc inmate search. If they have any record, whatsoever, I immediately throw the application in the trash. I do not even look to see what they were convicted for. The only people I want around m,y daycare children have clean records. I hope young people know how important it is to keep their criminal record clean for employers.
