I Never Thought it Would Come This Quickly
November 29, 2009 10:09 pm HomeI can’t believe that my son is moving out next week. I never thought it would come this quickly when I was bringing him home from the hospital eighteen years ago. He has already found an apartment, and he bought some office furniture to put in it. Apparently, he needs that more than a table, chairs, or couches. He may be eating on the floor, but at least he’ll have somewhere to do his schoolwork! I can’t criticize too much, though, because I can remember thinking the same way when I was first starting college. He has it better than I did, because I was sleeping on the floor, too. He’ll be able to bring his bed from home, so he won’t have that problem.
