Taking Advantage of the Economy
March 12, 2010 5:59 am Home and FamilyMy husband and I decided to take advantage of the bad economy and purchase one of those cheap houses that you see on tv. We thought it was a great investment for our money. We were able to fix it up, and then rent it out. We had it paid for within a year. And now, we have an extra income every month when our renters pay us. This has made it so nice for us because since then, my husband has lost his job. We do not worry though, that just fives him more time and energy to put into our rental.
