Helping Our Tenants Get Situated In a New Neighborhood

Whenever an applicant is approved we always give them a brochure with information on renters insurance. Since there are so many apartment and the security can not be in all places at one time we always suggest that the tenants get the insurance as an added measure. The brochure from the agent is in no way related to our company neither are the tenants obligated to get insurance with them. It’s just a gesture to our tenants to let them know we’re concerned about them and their family’s safety.
