CNA Training is very important for anyone looking to become a qualified nurses assistant. What the certified nursing assistant has to do day to day will vary a lot. Most likely the tasks of a CNA would resemble the following; cleaning up after patients, answering their calls, moving patients around, and preparing patients for treatment or surgery. In most cases, the position of CNA will be responsible for providing bedside care, and for carrying out basic nurses tasks. Despite that, the role of a nursing assistant is still a vital part of any health care team. When CNAs are on the health care team, they are always required to work under a registered nurse. Of course, this is totally understandable, as it’s to do with liability.
