Mother Can’t Hide Anything From Me
February 10, 2010 1:02 pm HealthMy mother has always tried to put on a strong face when she was sick. She is my mother, and I can look in her eyes and tell when something is not right with her. On a recent visit with her, I could not believe that she told me that she had not been feeling well. She went on to tell me that she had been feeling very bloated and at times would experience pain in her abdomen. It sound to me like symptoms of IBS, but I wanted to make sure. The next day her doctor was able to confirm it, and recommended that she include more fiber in her diet.
