Is My Lens Inside Out

It is often difficult to tell whether their lens is inside out or not. Here is a quick tip to help you determine quickly and accurately that the lens is in fact right side up. Hold the contact lens on your index finger. Now, look at the edge of the lens. Does the edge point out? Or does it look more like a U with no edges pointing out? If the edge points out, then your contact lens is inside out, and if you try to wear it, it is going to irritate your eye.
