Criterion for Male Fertility according to the World Health Organization (WHO).   You may need a men fertility supplement if this criteria cannot be met.1. A man is considered fertile when he can produce at least half a teaspoon of semen or 2ml per expulsion.2. A sperm count of at least 20,000,000/mL sperm cells.3. There should be 75% of the expelled spermatozoa are alive, the remaining 25% are normally dead or is not moving after expulsion. 4. More than 25% should be able to swim in a fast speed and are in an advance direction.5.  30% of the sperm cells are normal in its shape and form. It is normal to have a high percentage of irregularly shaped sperm cells. 6. Half of the sperms are swimming forward and not to other directions.
