Setting up a restaurant

I’m currently in the process of setting up a restaurant, which has always been a dream of mine. We have found the site, and purchased it outright with the money I made selling my plumbing business. I’m enjoying myself getting the decor sorted out at the moment, we have had the decorators in to redo the skirting boards, paint the walls and lay new floor. Now that is all finished I am kitting out the kitchen with new equipment, and sorting out the stock. We still need tables and other stuff such as customised Restaurant Table Linens to complete the look.
