Hiring An Online Marketing Company
March 31, 2010 3:01 am BusinessI have been looking to expand my apartment advertising online. I am looking for a marketing company to design a website, be able to put me in Internet search engines. I need complete apartment marketing to ensure my multi units get leased out at the best rate that is possible. I am open to providing incentives to prospective tenants and providing discounted moving services for those that are relocating out of state. I am also willing to wave the first months rent. I think by offering these incentives I will be able to help the marketing company out some what. I just need to get the advertising out there.
