A Major Purchase

My daughter is about to get married and her and her fiance are wanting to buy a house. They have found one that they really love and they are contemplating putting an offer on it. The one thing that is standing in their way is that they do not have all of the money for a down payment, I suggested that they look into getting a quick cash loan. They will be able to pay off the loan as soon as they recieve money from their wedding. I know that they are excited and I am so proud of them for being responsible about this major decision. I trust that they will temporarily borrow the money if they feel that this is their house.
