April 30, 2010 4:44 pm Arts and EntertainmentI have been playing the guitar for a few months now and I think I’m pretty good. I like to say I’m self taught, but that isn’t really true. It’s probably better to say I’m web-taught. I bought the guitar with my own money but my dad didn’t want to pay for the lessons. He said we just can’t afford it in the recession. At least we could still afford broadband and so I went online and found a bunch of site with lessons. Even though I’m good and getting better, I still need to find a good tutorial to improve alternate picking.
